Additional information
- The Flexi day ticket entitles one person aged 3 and over (adult/child) to one admission on any day in the 2025 season. Please note our opening hours.
- A printout is not required. The barcode can be validated on mobile devices via PDF or wallet ticket at the entrance.
- Flexi day tickets are valid on any day in the 2025 season.
- The statutory limitation period applies. Flexi day tickets are valid for a further three full years from the date of purchase. Redeemable at no extra charge for visits up to 2 November 2025. A surcharge may apply for visits after this date. Any remaining value will not be paid out.
- Tickets purchased in the ticket shop at spieleland-tickets.de cannot be used for an overnight stay in the holiday village. Tickets from the day of arrival to the day of departure are automatically included when booking on our holiday village booking platform (except for pitches and tent pitches).
