Spieleland Prepaid Card
With the Spieleland prepaid card, you can easily make cashless payments throughout the park. The prepaid cards can be used at all ticket offices, in the shops, at the food and drink outlets, in the holiday village and also at spieleland-tickets.de/en. Best of all: you can get any remaining balance refunded at the Information Desk before leaving the park, or simply use it again on your next visit. The prepaid card can be topped up at any time at our Information Desk or online, meaning it can be used indefinitely.

The prepaid card will be sent to you by email as a print@home PDF immediately after your purchase is complete. (Postal delivery is not available!)
Additional information
- The prepaid card can be used at all ticket offices, in the shop, at the food and drink outlets, and also in the holiday village at Ravensburger Spieleland.
- There is no need to print it out. The barcode can be scanned at the entrance using a mobile device via a PDF or a wallet ticket.
- Any remaining balance can be refunded at the Information Desk before leaving the park, or you can simply use the prepaid card again on your next visit.
- The prepaid card can be topped up at any time at our information desk or online, and can therefore be used indefinitely.
- The prepaid card is transferable and can only be used at Ravensburger Spieleland.
- The issuer accepts no liability for loss, validation or misuse.
